BlackBerry® Torch™ 9800

Desing:

The BlackBerry Torch 9800 doesn't stray too far from the usual medley of solid feeling hardware crafted by them, but it's their very first one to employ a sliding portrait QWERTY form factor – something that's rare in itself across the board. Chrome plates accent a majority of the front and sides which is then combined with a plastic rear cover that employs a patterned soft touch coating.  The bottom of the handset is curved, which essentially provides for a natural grip in your hand.

Characteristics:

All in one design:
A fluid all-touch display plus slide-out QWERTY keyboard provide an incredible multimedia experience, while never compromising efficient typing with the classic BlackBerry keyboard.

Blackberry 7 OS:
Get the next-generation BlackBerry OS software on the BlackBerry Torch 9800. It has evolved to deliver smoother, faster multimedia experiences and breakthrough technologies.

BlackBerry Browser:
The BlackBerry® 7 browser supports HTML5 video and provides a seamless loading, scrolling and zooming experience that's super fast.

Augmented reality:Augmented reality on the BlackBerry Torch 9800 is enabled with the digital compass and accelerometer. With the Wikitude World Browser, it provides an exciting new way to interact and socialize with the world around you.

Voice-activated universal search:With speech-to-text translation, you can search for files, email, contacts, music and more and even search the web without typing a thing.

Gaming:
The Torch has a big display that makes you want to experience 3D apps and games.
To date we haven't seen that many BlackBerry apps or games take advantage of 3D graphics. With the Torch, you will be missing out on a few of the 3D games available on other BlackBerry devices like PBA Bowling 3D, Need for Speed Shift 3D, and Tank Recon 3D, but it's not as if there is (yet) a massive library of 3D games available. Once there are more BlackBerry devices with 3D graphics capabilities in the market I'm sure we'll see developers ramping up their efforts here.

Camera and video
Thanks to a 5 MP camera with flash, and advanced features, it's easy to capture those spontaneous moments. Or take a high quality video like a pro with 720p HD video recording on the BlackBerry Torch 9810.

Music:
The included media player on selected BlackBerry® smartphones vividly plays video files and robustly plays music and audio files – so the fun always goes with you1. Use wireless Bluetooth® stereo headphones or speakers to enjoy your music. Shuffle your songs or enjoy your favorite playlist while you reply to messages
Watch a news or sports clip while you’re on the go. Expand your storage and make room
for all your media files with a microSD card7

Performance:

BlackBerry 7 does more than just make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Graphical menus welcome you and intuitive navigation gives you the freedom to explore with ease. While you're at it, catch up on all of your social networking updates in one view with social feeds. Everything has been designed to give you a more visual, fluid and dynamic experience that helps stimulate your senses. It's like your BlackBerry smartphone with a complete makeover - all the good stuff is still there, it just looks, feels and acts better than ever.

Final Thoughts:

The good: The Blackberry Torch is the best among all the phones made for late, because it has many applications and uses.

The bad: In tests done before the BlackBerry Curve 9800 could not get even a victory against the iPhone 4.

The Bottom line: the Torch is the best BlackBerry, but offers little competition for the array of alternative smartphones like the iPhone or Droid 2.

Iphone 4

Desing:
All the breakthrough technology in iPhone 4 is situated between two glossy panels of aluminosilicate glass — the same type of glass used in the windshields of helicopters and high-speed trains. Chemically strengthened to be 20 times stiffer and 30 times harder than plastic, the glass is ultradurable and more scratch resistant than ever. It’s also recyclable.

Characteristics (Features):
  • Retina displays

The 960-by-640 backlit LCD display boasts a pixel density of 326 pixels per inch, making it the highest-resolution phone screen ever. To achieve this, Apple engineers developed pixels so small — a mere 78 micrometers across — that the human eye can’t distinguish individual pixels. That makes text remarkably sharp and graphics incredibly vivid. IPS technology also provides excellent color and contrast from almost any viewing angle.

  • Stainless Steel Band
Created from our own alloy, then forged to be five times stronger than standard steel, the CNC-machined band is the mounting point for all the components of iPhone 4. The band provides impressive structural rigidity and allows for its incredibly thin, refined design. It also functions as both iPhone 4 antennas.}
battery life.
Gaming:

With its large Multi-Touch display and innovative software, iPhone lets you play  using just your fingers. How does it work? A panel laminated on the glass senses your touch using electrical fields. It can register multiple touches at once to support advanced gestures such as pinch to zoom, two-finger tap, and more. The panel then transmits the information to the Retina display below it.
iPhone 4 includes a built-in three-axis gyroscope. When paired with the accelerometer, it makes iPhone 4 capable of advanced motion sensing such as user acceleration, full 3D attitude, and rotation rate. Translation: More motion gestures and greater precision for an even better gaming experience.

Music and Video:

While most phones have only one microphone, iPhone 4 has two. The main mic, located on the bottom next to the dock connector, is for phone calls, voice commands, and memos. The second mic, built into the top near the headphone jack, is for FaceTime calls and for making your phone calls better. It works with the main mic to suppress unwanted and distracting background sounds, such as music and loud conversations. This dual-mic noise suppression helps make every conversation a quiet one.

Performance:

Apple engineers developed the A4 chip to be remarkably powerful yet energy efficient. With it, iPhone 4 can easily perform complex jobs such as multitasking, editing video, and placing FaceTime calls. All while maximizing battery life.

Final thoughts:

The good: The iPhone 4 is the best phone that has existed and the most sold in history, has many applications such as maps of different cities, wifi internet, books, games, accounting and many more.

The Bad: The battery is not very durable if you use the applications and their size is not the best.

The botton line: The iPhone 4 has much in common with it's counterpart, but varying features and different performance give it enough room to stand apart. It won't vastly change your iPhone  experience, but we welcome the consumer choice that it brings.

Gaming:
Hp Pavilion dv4-1425 is a notebook capable of supporting download of games of high weight since it has a processor and hard drive too big, until now pc I have not had any problems to play online or download games.
Music & Video:
Regarding the operation of the music and video in the portable are good, but has a:
Audio
  • Audio Output Sound card
  • Features Altec Lansing speakers
  • Audio Input Microphone
The sound level is not the best and as for the video image is perfect because it has the support of:
  • Graphics Processor / Vendor Intel GMA 4500MHD Dynamic Video Memory Technology 5.0
  • Total Available Graphics Memory 1292 MB.
The ability to store both music videos is enough for all genres in one place in your notebook.

Performance:

Performance is excellent, has a long lasting battery, has a current operating system Windows 7 Home Premium.

Final Thoughts:

After the presentation of models dv3 and dv2, now comes another model from the same range, the HP Pavilion dv4-1525 14-inch screen and exclusive design.

HP Pavilion dv4-1525 is a model that can be classified perfectly as a portable, because have light weight it is easy to transport.

The Good: The HP Pavilion dv4-1425la delivers very good performance in an attractive, travel-friendly 14-inch chassis. You get a nice assortment of ports and features with this budget notebook, but a high resolution screen would put it over the top. Also has a long-lasting battery that becomes an attraction for the purchase of this PC.

The Bad: The battery is a bit heavy.

The bottom line: If you're the restless type, or simply away from electrical outlets for the majority of your day, you'll love the long battery life of the HP Pavilion dv4-1425al. Be warned: such battery life requires you to tote a laptop that's roughly a pound heavier than its 14-inch competitors.
